Marian FitzGerald is an associate with ADZ Law, LLP. She zealously defends domestic violence victims’ civil rights and remedies in custody, marriage dissolution, restraining order, and civil tort proceedings. She also volunteers with the San Mateo County Family Court’s Pro-Per Status Conference Program and is developing her role in mediation and within the Collaborative Practice of San Mateo.
Ms. FitzGerald brings civil litigation, special needs education, probate, and trust and estate experience to her current practice, having worked at a large San Francisco health care law practice, a niche probate litigation firm and with a local estate planning practice.
A graduate of the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, Ms. FitzGerald had an early passion for clients’ individual rights as an active student-member of Community Legal Services. She also interned with California Indian Legal Services, Tenderloin Learning Center, as well as the California Department of Personnel Administration while still in law school.
